A white russian is a popular drink across the world.  However, the single best one I’ve ever had was at a Couchsurfer’s house in Lviv, Ukraine.  The classic cocktail consists of heavy amounts (by Western standards) of vodka, coffee liqueur, and cream served over ice.  Originally called a Black Russian, the name changed after the delicious addition of cream.  When in Eastern Europe and Russia, you definitely don’t want to miss out!
